One can put a sweet potato or yam through a vegetable spiralizer to make a raw angel hair pasta -which you can add to salads, or make a sauce to go over the pasta. And it is Paleolithic, will not feed the bad bacteria.

Use a vegetable spiralizer to turn raw veggies into 'pasta' (beetroot, sweet potatoes, summer squash, zucchini, rutabaga, carrots, etc)-- be careful not to overcook them or they'll become mushy! Make a grass-fed meat sauce with either fresh tomatoes or organic jarred tomato sauce & add whatever other veggies you like [bell peppers, mushrooms, onions, garlic, spinach, kale, carrots, broccoli, etc.
